A zinc-rich aerosol coating that dries to a film containing around 96% zinc, giving galvanic rather than merely barrier protection: the zinc corrodes in preference to the steel underneath. It is the standard way to make good welds, cut edges and damaged areas on hot-dip galvanised work.
Features
Around 96% zinc in the dry film.
Cathodic (galvanic) protection, not just a barrier coat.
Repairs welds, cut edges and damaged galvanising.
Can be used as a primer under compatible topcoats.
Weldable at normal film thickness.
Fast drying and suitable for site work.
